IULM University

Currently, I am completing a Specialist Master’s Degree in Event Management and Communication at IULM University. This program has allowed me to explore the latest trends in the industry, deepen my knowledge of marketing and communication techniques, and develop specific skills in managing B2B and B2C events. I have learned how to tell stories through branding and storytelling, manage budgets with a focus on sustainability, and leverage digital tools to effectively promote events. Each module has provided insight into a different aspect of event management, enriching my knowledge base.

EFAP Paris

I completed a Master 1 in Strategic Approaches to Communication and Marketing at EFAP in Paris. This program offered me an international perspective on communication and marketing, covering a wide range of topics from event planning and graphic content creation to media training and crisis communication. My Experience

Event management and communication: a
trajectory enriched with projects and
collaborations.

Event Specialist

I began working as an Event Manager at “Il
Castellaccio di Filettole,” a stunning venue nestled
in the Tuscan countryside.
This role allowed me to unleash my creativity and
develop organizational and interpersonal skills
that make a difference in the event industry. I
handle everything from project conception to
execution, including the management of strategic
collaborations and customer relationships. I have
also had the opportunity to organize fashion
shows, manage bookings and site tours, and
create social media content, transforming every
event into a unique and memorable experience.

Marketing and Communication Assistant

During my internship at GlobeSailor, an
international charter brokerage company based in
Paris, I worked as a marketing and
communication assistant. I created customized
itineraries and cruises, managed social media
channels, and interacted with journalistic entities
and nautical tourism organizations, contributing
to strengthening the company’s presence in a
competitive market. I also organized conferences
and webinars, designed graphic content and
newsletters, and wrote SEO-oriented articles for
the company blog. Every day, I had the
opportunity to learn something new and apply
innovative strategies to achieve tangible results.

Continued collaboration with GlobeSailor

After completing my six-month internship at
GlobeSailor, my commitment and the results I
achieved were recognized by the company, which
offered me the opportunity to continue our
collaboration as a freelance consultant. This role
has allowed me to consolidate the skills I
developed and further expand my contribution to
the marketing and communication sector.

Selected to represent IULM during the Elephant Prodige Award

Being selected to participate in the fourth edition
of the Elephant Prodige Award among my peers
in the Master’s program in Event Management
and Communication was a privilege I will always
cherish. Representing Università IULM as one of
the 20 under-25 creative talents was a true honor.
This competition, organized as part of the 𝗕𝗘𝗔 –
𝗕𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝗙𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹, is the ultimate
stage for young professionals in the event
industry.
